License numbers can either be a number issued by the state professional boards or a business identification number issued by the agency. A license number consists typically of alpha-numeric characters. In most cases, license numbers are not case sensitive. Here are two examples of license numbers:

  • 012345
  • CA88811

Some agencies may not keep license number information and therefore may not return any data. If you cannot find the information here, you can try performing a search by address.
